What is a timed-limited edition release?
Timed-limited print editions will be announced via our news letter and social media channels, and made available for purchase during a 72-hour period. The timed-limited editions will be sized based on the number of prints that are sold during the 72 hours. Once a timed-release print has been released it will never be re-printed again. Everyone who buys a print during the 72 hours will get a print.
When will I receive my item?
For time-limited releases, the edition will go into production after 72 hours. Since certain elements are hand embellished please allow an estimated 3-4 weeks for delivery. Other items usually ship within a week.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location. You will receive an email once your order ships, including tracking information.
We try our best to keep shipping rates fair
Shipping costs have increased quite a bit during the last couple of years, we keep track of shipping prices with various companies to make sure you get the best rates. We mark the quoted rates up slightly in order to cover some of our packaging costs – we use high-quality packing materials to protect your items.
If you are shipping internationally, be prepared for extra fees and delays
Our international shipping charges do not include the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees. If applicable, these will be assessed upon delivery. We cannot and will not falsely report on an item’s value to help you avoid these fees.
Estimated delivery times are not guarantees and items will sometimes get tied up in customs for weeks.

Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied, call or email us to arrange a return within 30 days. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
We are unable to accept returns on any prints or products purchased during a time limited sale.
We reserve the right to refuse service and/or limit quantities to anyone at our discretion.
Customer Privacy
Information you provide to the store through the ordering process will only be used to keep you up-to-date with your order’s progress and to contact you if there are any issues.
Subscribers to the store mailing list will only receive store or James Jean related announcements, and may unsubscribe at any time.
We’ll never, ever, ever sell or otherwise give out information to a third party.
